You can earn from 100 – 5000 Eur per month using the “Niche site”.
This is the simplest and at the same time the safest method I know.
It also has some important details that you should definitely know about, so I will try to explain them with questions and answers. But it’s definitely not as complicated as other models.
Even in the worst case, you will be the winner and earn something.
Time will be the only thing you will have to invest in it for your part. All you have to do is buy a domain name for the website, connect the hosting and get to work.
It should be mentioned that this is about pages for a global audience – this means that the language of the website must be English. By the way, I have managed to create such a site (the same epelna.lv) here in Latvia, only because I noticed an unfilled niche – profit opportunities on the Internet.
Let me answer some important questions related to this business model.
Question no. 1: How much can you earn?
When starting this business, take into account that 1000 euros per month from one website will be the “average” amount. You can also earn more than 7000 Eur per month. My minimum amount, which I earn per month, is 1000 Eur.
But I don’t keep niche websites in my arsenal if they don’t exceed at least 500 Eur per month. I only invest my time in sites that can compete between niche websites and make a real profit.
Question no. 2: How many articles do you need to publish?
100 articles. This is my first goal. Publish 100 articles in a specially targeted niche, and in 6-8 months you can already hope to earn 3000 Eur per month. This is the average time it takes Google to start processing your articles – don’t trust me and check it yourself through Google.
I try to publish all 100 articles in 3-4 months and wait until my website starts making money on its own. As soon as it starts earning money, I continue to publish one article each week to keep the website active and up to date.
Question no. 3: What if you don’t manage to earn 1000 Eur per month?
Let’s think about the worst case scenario.
Let’s say you earn only 100 Eur in 6-8 months or even a year. You can still sell your website on Flippa for 2400 Eur. People like to buy websites that earn (even if it is only 10 Eur per month). You can check it out on Flippa and see for yourself what I said.
If you are not a good writer and you intend to invest 1000 Eur only in content, you will still make 1400 Eur profit. The rule is to multiply the monthly income by 24.
Question no. 4: Can you make money without selling anything?
Yes, it’s the best in this business model and that’s why I like it so much.
Not only me, but many other professionals have liked this model.
YouTuberi is the best example.
The goal is 100,000 views per month. This is very possible with 100 articles in a specifically targeted niche. You can earn up to 400 Eur per month by using only advertisements and without selling anything.
Now let’s say you earn 400 Eur per month (without selling anything), you can still sell your website for 10 000 Eur. If you don’t trust me, check it out on Flippa.
Question no. 5: How to choose a niche?
Focus on the “HOBBY”, not the product.
By targeting a hobby, you can answer very specific questions that your competitor is missing and identify yourself as an expert. I published 20 in-depth posts, 20 product reviews and 60 answers to specific questions.
These highly targeted answers not only make me an expert, among other things, but also attract a huge amount of visits every month.
Because there is virtually no competition.
My competitors often write in-depth posts or product reviews, but don’t answer specific questions that people are really interested in.
Question no. 6: What is the difference between a niche and a market?
Unfortunately, I see most people in the market, not in niches.
That’s why they’re not successful in this game either.
- Fishing is NOT a niche, a fishing gun is.
- Survival is NOT a niche, an anti-radiation suit is.
- Bird watching is NOT a niche, Falcons are.
- Adventure is NOT a niche, underground cave exploration is.
Make sure you are inside a niche, not a market.
Question no. 7: Is there a niche you should avoid?
I avoid health niches.
This is because Google has started evaluating websites with expert opinions and published research. They are very difficult to beat. They have covered almost all topics in this category.
Check out any health-related niches, and you’ll see the same sites you’ve created over and over again. If you somehow manage to find a niche in the field of health, it is still very difficult to classify your articles, because this category requires expert opinion.
Question no. 8: What is the correct article length?
If you answer a question in your niche, focus on 1,500 words or more. If it’s an in-depth article, you’ll need 4,000 words and more. Product reviews should also contain more than 1,500 words.
Question no. 9: What about SEO services or social media?
I do not use SEO and do not hire SEO specialists.
The length of the article is sufficient in a specially targeted niche. It ranks high on its own because competition is very low. So I would not recommend hiring any SEO specialist or spending your money on anything that promises to quickly rank your website.
Let Google do its job.
I didn’t waste my time on social media either – not even 1 second. My main goal is to earn a passive income. Social media requires a lot of attention. I do not want to devote my precious time to it. Instead, I publish valuable articles, and they get the number of visits they need themselves.
Question no. 10: What is my income?
I now cross the 3,000 Eur limit per month with 2 niche websites.
I can’t say that my results are super-impressive, but I have mastered the skill of creating this type of website and creating new ones.
I also test my success in CPA marketing, but it’s for a different time. I would not recommend CPA to any beginner as it requires investment. You need money you can spend on advertising and testing your campaigns.
Therefore, for beginners, a niche website can be the easiest way to make money online.
I would like to suggest a few things. I’m sure they will help you.
- WriterA: You need a person to write quality content for websites for you. Don’t use Fiverr, it’s a disadvantageous place. Upwork is much better. If you want an independent writer. If you have your own writer, encourage them to do good research. Research plays an important role in this game. You can edit some grammar mistakes in 10 minutes, but you can’t dedicate several hours to each article or do research before each article.
- Pictures:I like www.pixabay.com and www.pexels.com . The images available there are free. If they have images related to your niche, you are in luck.
- Platform:I use the WordPress platform in all my projects. In my opinion, this is the best platform for small web projects because it is very flexible. In addition, you will not have to pay any monthly fees and the website will belong to you (not, as is the case with Wix and other website development platforms). You will be able to keep a copy of the website in your flash memory.
- Keyword Tool:No, I don’t use any keyword tools. I use Google suggestions for headlines, and sometimes I also use the site AnswerThePublic . It shows you all the questions people ask about your niche. This is a great helper.
I hope you find this little guide useful.
Check everything out with examples. For example, on Google, you can check how many months your article will appear in search engine listings, or see some successful examples of niche sites on Flippa that have been auctioned.
